The client required a fully accessible amenity building compliant with AS1428.1 for a mining operation in the Bowen Basin. The facility needed wheelchair access, compliant grab rails, and appropriately sized cubicles with turning circle clearance. Ramp access with compliant handrails was required for entry and exit.
A 14.4x18 portable building configured as a pwd accessible facility. The layout includes pwd shower areas. Manufactured at our Gladstone facility with full quality control checks and delivered to site ready for immediate use. The building was installed, connected to site services, and handed over with complete documentation.
