Engineered footings & building placement
RPEQ-engineered footing arrangements can include concrete piers, precast supports or custom steelwork to suit the design and site. We coordinate cranage, positioning, tie-downs and connections between building modules.
Power, water & wastewater
We coordinate licensed electrical and plumbing contractors for the connections, testing and documentation included in your package. Tanks, pumps and off-grid options can be considered where site services are limited.
Commissioning & handover
Installation checks, required trade documentation and the agreed handover requirements are brought together before your facility goes into use.

Slabs, footings & pathways
Concrete slabs, engineered foundations, piers and pedestrian paths form part of a coordinated installation package. The footing solution follows the site conditions and engineering design.
Site preparation & drainage
We coordinate excavation, levels, drainage and supporting civil contractors around the building footprint, access and connection requirements.
Fencing, gates & site finishing
Fencing and gate works, signage and line marking can complete the areas around your facility, with scope agreed around how people and vehicles use the site.

Bring the buildings and the spaces between them together. Access ramps, decks, stairs and shelters make the whole facility work for the people using it.

We coordinate access arrangements with the building layout, site levels and applicable design requirements, including landings, balustrades and connecting walkways.
Awnings & igloo shelters
Covered connections, awnings and igloo shelters can be included with your building package or planned as a separate site improvement, with engineering and specialist fabrication coordinated as required.

Delivery planning considers route, vehicle and crane access, site restrictions and the sequence of work. Traffic management and specialist transport are coordinated where required.
Disconnect, relocate & reconnect
We organise the agreed disconnection, dismantling, transport and re-establishment works, including replacement supports, access structures and specialist service connections.
